Yet another food found on the Hogwarts Express food trolley, these cupcakes are made with a red velvet base. Coated with vanilla buttercream frosting that's topped with mini peanut butter cups dabbed with green frosting on top (to look like a cauldron), these cauldron cupcakes are both easy and fun to make!
