I eat marshmallows like some might with gummy candy. I don't have a big sweet tooth, but I must have a marshmallow fix every day, whether topped on my morning bowl of yogurt or seeping in a mug of hot chocolate. These particular marshmallows are vegan and made with agar (a flavorless seaweed) rather than gelatin. They are slightly firmer and chewier than your Jet-Puffed mallow, but I think that's a good thing.
