Better Than a PSL: The 12 Best Fall Cookbooks

I've been a Sprinkles Cupcakes fan since the beginning, so I'm particularly giddy that the bakery founder, Candace Nelson, is publishing her first cookbook, The Sprinkles Baking Book ($26), which will include some items from the bakery, other easy-baked good recipes, and a few new exclusive cupcake flavors for the book. My fingers are crossed that it will have a recipe for the vegan red velvet cupcakes. — AMR
