Eddie Jackson, former NFL player, wowed the judges with his contagious confidence and ultimate game-day recipes. After winning season 11 in 2015, Eddie began his show, BBQ Blitz. The show combines cooking and competition, and Eddie travels to a different city in each episode for an entertaining BBQ battle between local pit masters. These days, in addition to hosting on the Food Network, Eddie owns a food truck in Texas called Caribbean Grill and has a website dedicated to sharing his favorite workouts.
