My absolute favorite sushi candy of all time is made using this kit: Popin' Cookin' Happy Sushi House (around $3). The ikura sushi roll is the highlight. The "sushi rice" tastes like a mix between marshmallows and cotton candy. The black nori wrapper tastes like grape. And the "fish eggs" taste like bursting boba.
