7 Jaw-Droppingly Grand Multimillion-Dollar Properties Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Have to Split

The couple's most grand and famous residence is Chateau Miraval, a 17th century home located in the southern French countryside. They have lived in the sprawling 1,200-acre estate since 2008, officially purchased it in 2012 for a jaw-dropping $60 million, and wed there in 2014. The castle-like home reportedly has 35 rooms — plenty of space for their big family to sleep! — a moat, and its own vineyard that produces a commercially popular Rosé.

When the couple pause their travels long enough to spend a night on the East Coast, they reside in the Waldorf Astoria Towers apartment they acquired for an undisclosed amount in 2007. It's located adjacent to the namesake hotel, and the couple are said to value the building's great location and strict security.

Brad came into the relationship with this Los Feliz, CA, estate that predated even his marriage to Jennifer Aniston. He's expanded the estate over the years, buying up surrounding properties, to create a megacompound anchored by a 5,300-square-foot main residence.

The Jolie-Pitt clan spent time in Italy when Angelina was filming The Tourist and — because they're rich, so why not — they purchased an 18,000-square-foot, 15-bedroom fixer-upper mansion outside Verona. The palatial manor, named Villa Costanza, includes a home theater, stables, two swimming pools, and a vineyard.

The couple's most recent rumored acquisition is an eight-bedroom Spanish villa on the picturesque island of Majorca. They're said to have purchased the home for $3.8 million in Spring 2016 after Brad fell in love with the area while filming Allied.

Brad purchased this 11-acre vacation property for a cool $4 million in 2000, before he and Angie got together. The modern-style home, located along the pristine coastline and near Gaviota State Park, was used primarily as a vacation property for the couple and their brood.
