I knew I liked the aesthetic, but I wasn't sure how comfortable it would be because of its sleek design. But as soon as I sat in the chair, I sunk in and got cozy very quickly. The chair is much more plush than it looks, and the cushions and gentle recline really amp up the comfort. I usually prefer to sit cross-legged, and the chair gives me plenty of room to do so.

"Blu Dot has a great range of contemporary lounge chairs, but what drew me to the Field Lounge Chair was its sculpture-like, curved silhouette. It delivers a more elevated look that prioritizes comfort. Along with plush cushioning and an additional lumbar pillow, the lounge chair is slightly reclined, so I'm encouraged to lean back and truly lounge.
I was surprised by how wide the Field Lounge Chair is, especially since it looked slimmer online. But I'm not complaining at all. Its spacious frame lends itself to the coziness factor, making it easy to kick up my feet and curl up with a throw blanket. The Maharam Candor fabric is soft, yet durable — ideal for long hours of relaxing, especially with a good book and a cup of tea.
The Field Lounge Chair is great as an accent chair for a smaller space, but because of its width, it might be tough to fit two of them to round out your living room. It also has a lower profile, which might be something to consider if you have trouble getting up from low furniture pieces.
