I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997)

This teeny-bopper thriller was shot around the waterfront town of Southport, NC. If the town looks familiar, it's because Dawson's Creek was also filmed here. Croaker queen Helen (Sarah Michelle Gellar) lives in this charming home built in 1905. It sold in 2013 for a reasonable $385,000.
