8 Reasons to Fall in Love With Marble Countertops

For all of the complaints about marble staining and scratching, there sure are a lot of bars, cafes, and restaurants that prominently feature marble counters. While I'll admit that, yes, scratches and stains can happen if you're not careful, most spots and lines can be wiped away pretty easily. Vinegar is the only thing so far that has made a permanent spot in our stone. We've left red wine glasses out all night and missed spots of tomato sauce by accident, only to have them wipe away clean with no damage.
