Start Applying the Mixture

Carefully start applying the mixture to the top of the pumpkin. This is easiest with a plastic spoon or knife. The more you put on the top the more it will drip down for a creepy effect. Just be careful to not get the mixture inside the black eyes and nose you traced earlier.
