Caraway is one of our favorite cookware brands; it really does live up to the hype. Our editors put it to the test and can agree on its amazing nonstick capabilities (which you can read all about in our in-depth cookware set review). We also love how incredibly stylish the cookware is; it's the perfect blend of modernity and fun colors. If you prefer something glam, we're obsessed with the brand's Iconics Cookware collection. One of the brand's biggest fans is "Queer Eye" star Tan France, and he teamed up with the brand to create The Monochrome Collection.

He discovered the cookware set while filming the show. "I cook almost every day, and so I need something that can hold up and last," he tells POPSUGAR. The first time he tried Caraway's saucepan, he was beyond impressed. "I used next to no spray. It didn't stick to the sides. It washed up really easily. It felt nice in my hand, and the handle didn't get hot," he says. France truly loves every part of the cookware, from the design to its durability and function. His "only criticism is that they don't have a big enough pan for batch-cooking salan," or South Asian curried chili peppers, he says. For his collaboration, he wanted to truly make cooking an elevated experience.

With his famous eye for style, France was keen on creating a monochrome collection, given that it was something he hadn't seen in the cookware space. The hardware on most cookware on the market tends to have metallic tones, whereas this collection features hardware colors that match the ceramic pan. France chose to create this collection with three statement-making colors: Moss, a deep, dark green, Blush, a pastel pink, and Creme, an ivory shade.

"Most people don't think green's neutral, but in my world, in style and fashion, you can use that khaki moss, olive green as a neutral, as a grounding color, so I thought why wouldn't you transfer that into the kitchen-scape?" France says. Creme, meanwhile, is a traditional neutral for anyone who wants something minimalist and chic. France admitted he used to not be a fan of the color pink but grew to love it over time. And he knew that this blush shade was the wild card this collection needed. "I wanted to offer something that just seemed playful and fun and something completely unexpected in the kitchen," he says.

France enjoys cooking a variety of dishes with his Caraway set, especially daal (lentil curry) and a simple chicken salad. France's number one piece of advice for the kitchen? Cook with love. "If you don't put intention into it, and you don't care about the people you're cooking for, it's not going turn out right," he says. He also recommends really browning your onions and garlic — almost until they're black — for a rich, flavorful impact.

Ahead, you can shop the new Monochrome collection by Tan France from Caraway. France's personal favorite picks out of the three are Moss and Blush.

If you're looking for something sleek, minimalist, and classic, you can't go wrong with the Creme cookware set. "The Creme is a person who has a really steady job, really committed to settling down in life and providing a stable home for themselves, their pet, and their family," France says. Plus, he points out that turmeric does not stain this ivory shade.

As France mentioned, this green tone can be translated as a neutral, and can complement a kitchen no matter the vibe. As he explains, "The green one is perfect for somebody who isn't just looking for a fashion moment, isn't looking for a big trendy moment, but who is consistently chic. Even though I think the Moss is so simple and accessible, it's a little more."

"The person who would buy the pink is somebody who wants a little extra, who is a little extra, who likes having a moment that seems like they really cared about what they were doing. They really put thought into their look, their home, their life in general," France says. The Blush shade will truly brighten up a kitchen and make a statement on your stovetop.
