This unicorn elote might be taking the colorful food trend a little too far, but we don't care. We need this beautiful-looking Mexican corn right now.

The creation, named E-Unicornio and featuring oodles of rainbow-dyed cheese and sprinkles, was masterminded by a restaurant in Huejutla, Mexico, called E-Lokos and will be available only during the last week of April and while supplies last. Meet you in Huejutla? We'll bring the Frappuccinos.
