The Spanish royal was spotted wearing a standout jacket at a meeting with the Royal Board on Disability Council on Oct. 5, and we took note. Queen Letizia kept her look professional, going for a mostly black outfit of flared pants, a loose top, and leather pumps, but in her true fashionable style, she jazzed up the whole thing with a neutral-toned striped blazer with metallic tribal detailing.
