When asked about what she does when a day is frustrating or disappointing, Jordana points to running as an outlet but says she isn't afraid to mix in a more intense workout when she needs it. "I love running, but sometimes I get stuck in a rut. Yesterday I was like 'Oh, I have a little more aggression, more stress, so I was running at like 7.0 on a treadmill. So I think it's about challenging your body and switching it up and not having to constantly know what's next, and that usually releases a lot of stress.
"The other thing I love now is jumping on a trampoline. It releases so much stress and aggression. It makes me feel really good and happy afterwards. It's something very childlike but a really good workout. I can feel it toning my abs and toning my thighs."
