Foodies and Brace-Faces, Rejoice: Disneyland Has Mouthwatering Elote en Vaso

There's no denying that elote is one of the best foods out there. Who can resist the mouthwatering combination of fresh corn, cheese, lime, and spices? But the Mexican street dish presents an eternal struggle for brace-faces, small kids, and those who simply don't like getting their hands dirty while enjoying a snack. Thankfully, out of this trial arose a truly ingenious and delectable food hack: elote en vaso. And luckily for foodies and Disney-lovers alike, you can now find it at Disneyland resort!

At the Cozy Cone Motel restaurant in Disney California Adventure's Cars Land, park guests can order the "Champion's Corn Cup": a container of sweet corn, lime, cotija cheese, and Tajín, all for $3. Simply add a bit of mayonnaise if you wish, and you're in elote heaven! And while we were certainly swayed by the park's deep-fried elote, we're even more pumped about the inclusion of real cotija cheese in this dish and the lack of an annoying cob; now it's not the end of the world if we forget dental floss!

So next time you're at Disneyland, be sure to grab yourself a michelada and then head over to the Cozy Cone Motel for a droolworthy elote en vaso. In the meantime, these photos from satisfied Disney snackers will fuel your cravings. (Sorry, but we're not sorry!)
