Chrissy Teigen Put Together a Menu For Her Picky 3-Year-Old, and It's Pretty Freakin' Cute

Chrissy Teigen may be a bestselling cookbook author, but when it comes to her picky toddler, she's starting from scratch just like any other parent.

In a series of tweets posted on Dec. 17, 2018, Chrissy admitted that she grew up knowing that being choosy with her food wouldn't fly. Now that she's a mom to 3-year-old Luna, it's a whole different ball game. "I'm officially owned by my toddler," she wrote. "Struggling to make a *dinner* Luna likes aside from spaghetti and fish sticks . . . any ideas welcome!!"

So, what's the solution to the back and forth of mealtime? Well, Chrissy put together a mini menu so that her "darling angel" could have her options laid out. "A binder of laminated photos with TODDLER FOOD on Peppa Pig plates, A MENU FOR MY DAUGHTER," Chrissy tweeted. "I actually didn't realize how insane this was til I started typing it."

She may think it's insane, but we're pretty sure it's genius. She shared a peek of the menu on Instagram, and if this is anything like what her upcoming children's cookbook includes, count us in! Each laminated page includes the meal's name, contents, and price. That way, if Luna wants to make dinner even more fun, she can pretend she's in a restaurant and pay with fake money. So cute!
