Bill Clinton Mocks Trump's "Wire Tapping" Claims in 1 Clever Tweet

Hillary Clinton isn't the only one who knows how to throw shade. On April 23, former President Bill Clinton took a subtle jab at Donald Trump's unfounded accusation that Barack Obama tapped the phone wires in Trump Tower before the election, writing, "BREAKING: We just learned that the @ClintonCenter has been bugged." Clinton also shared a photo of himself standing next to a giant grasshopper statue, which is part of Xtreme Bugs, the newest temporary exhibit at the Clinton Center, located in Little Rock, AR.

The tongue-in-cheek tweet quickly went viral across social media, racking up over 12,000 retweets and 40,000 "likes" at press time. The Clinton Center also got in on the fun, responding to Clinton's tweet with an insect-pun worthy of its own:

This comes after FBI Director James Comey concluded there was "no information" to support Trump's claims of being spied on by Obama. It's safe to assume these tweets will probably bug the hell out of Trump.
