Chance the Rapper wants young people to know their voices count in this year's election. On Monday night, the eve of the election, the "Coloring Book" rapper held a free concert to encourage young voters to hit the polls in his hometown of Chicago.

The 23-year-old's "Parade to the Polls" event received a monumental turnout from his community. Chance promoted the event as completely nonpartisan and said it would be open to anyone planning to cast a ballot in this year's election. Following the show, he led thousands of concert-goers through the Chicago streets to vote at early polling locations, and moments from the glorious march were captured all over the internet.

This isn't Chance's first time preparing his fans to vote in the historic election, either. In recent months, he has partnered with nonprofit organizations (like SocialWorks Chicago and the NAACP) to spark conversations about state and local elections and to get young people registered to vote as a part of the NAACP's #StayWokeandVote campaign.
