This Old Tweet by Donald Trump Might Explain Why the GOP Failed to Pass Its Healthcare Bill

On March 25, President Donald Trump failed to secure enough votes from Republican congressmen from the Freedom Caucus to proceed with the proposed American Health Care Act bill, which would replace the Affordable Care Act. Shortly after the bill was pulled, the internet began retweeting a 2012 tweet from Trump himself where he explains what happens when you try to con people.
"You can't con people, at least not for long. If you don't deliver the goods, people will eventually catch on." - The Art of The Deal
