Nickelodeon Just Opened a Massive Indoor Theme Park, and Yes, There's a Reptar Ride

Nickelodeon has expanded universe — its Nickelodeon Universe theme park, that is. On Oct. 25, the quirky children's television network welcomed visitors to a new Nickelodeon Universe amusement park at the American Dream Meadowlands retail and entertainment complex in East Rutherford, NJ. (The first Nickelodeon Universe is located in the famous Mall of America in Bloomington, MN.) The eight-acre park is the largest indoor theme park in North America.

So what inhabits those eight acres? There's a cute Blue's Clues carousel, a spinning SpongeBob SquarePants ride, and the Nickelodeon Skyline Scream, which is the world's tallest indoor spinning drop tower. The park also offers live entertainment, food, and shops.

Tickets to the new Nickelodeon Universe are available to purchase online, with the general access ticket priced at $40. A $50 ticket will give visitors access to all rides. See pictures of the splashy theme park ahead.
