With Halloween just around the corner (SO. EXCITED!), you're probably finalizing your costume as well as your party plans. You may want to rethink 'em: here are the top 100 cities for Halloween celebrations. Wallethub compared the 100 largest US cities across 16 key metrics, ranging from the number of candy stores per capita to the average cost of a Halloween party ticket to the best and worst weather forecasts for Halloween.
