Disinfect Your Cutting Boards and Kitchen Counters
Keep your wooden cutting boards spick-and-span with these easy tips. After using your cutting board, wipe it down with soap and water. Then rinse immediately. Don't dunk the wooden cutting board in a sink full of soapy water or in the dishwasher. It will warp and crack. The next step is to pour the hydrogen peroxide over the wood and spread it with a clean sponge. Let it sit for five minutes while it fizzes and kills all the germs and bacteria. Then wipe it with the clean sponge.
You can also clean your kitchen counters by wiping hydrogen peroxide all over with a paper towel or clean rag. Your counters will be sparkling within minutes.
