Fjällräven is a GOAT when it comes to travel gear like backpacks and cases. The company boasts lifetime repairs and free returns, but its multifaceted gear is made with heavy-duty material that makes sure you won't want to send your stuff back.
Why we love it: This gear bag is reasonably priced for one that doubles as a toiletry bag or first-aid kit. It's made of a durable, double-waxed G-1000 HeavyDuty material (organic cotton and recycled polyester) with a YKK zipper to protect whatever is inside from the elements. Plus, it's produced without PFCs, and it's just plain plain, which I prefer as a minimalist.
What to keep in mind: The bag is only two liters in volume, so it may not hold every piece of gear you've got. After all, there's only one main compartment with a zippered pocket and two open compartments. While it's been engineered to adventure with you, it could be tough to keep clean. You shouldn't wash, dry clean, or tumble dry the pouch; instead, you can scrub it with a soft brush and warm water.
