Acharia is a big fan of Aesop's lineup, and her sleep routine isn't complete without the Rind Concentrate Body Balm ($100). "I have this ritual I do every night where I really massage my hands," she says, adding that she does this after she her skin-care routine and right before going to bed. "I think your hands really are your age giveaway and you're always using your hands, so every night I lather my hands up, because that's like seven hours of moisture going into your hands."
She describes the scent as citrusy but very calming and comforting, stating that it feels like home. "I used to eat lot of tangerines when I was a little girl, especially during Christmas time in England. Maybe that's something to do with it . . . I grew up with those citrusy scents and it always feels really good to me," she says.
Pro Tip: If your hands feel dry often, Acharia recommends keeping hand cream everywhere you frequent, whether it's your nightstand, desk, car, your handbags, etc.
