Make Your Own DIY Dancing Groot
Make Your Own Dancing Baby Groot and Rock the Day Away
So, Groot. He stole the show from hero Peter Quill in Guardians of the Galaxy — if stealing the show from Chris Pratt is even possible. A monster-turned-superhero, Groot is an alien of few words, and if you stayed through to the credits of the movie (spoiler ahead), then you know he loves to dance.
Basically, we can't get enough of Groot, and neither could Patrick Delahanty of the Chibi Project, so he made a dancing baby Groot of his own using one of those weird old Movin' & Groovin' Flower toys. Patrick kindly posted the how-to on his Durandal Cosplay Facebook page to share with all tree superhero fans because "We are Groot," right?
Now make your own with Patrick's tips, and get down with Groot and the fantastic Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack.

Brown and tan acrylic paint were next.
Patrick's fiancée sculpted Groot's head with Crayola Model Magic.
Voilà! Groot!
