5 Sexy New Instagram Filters You Need to See
Prepare your phones, phoneographers — the biggest, best Instagram update yet is coming to iPhones and Android devices today. Five new filters are being added: Slumber, Crema, Ludwig, Arden, and Perpetua. Instead of giving photos a dramatic, high-contrast look, these filters are intended to "soften and subtly shift colors," according to an Instagram press release.
The app update also brings some other long-awaited features. Pick and choose which filters appear in your filter tray with a new "Manage" button. Slo-mo videos from an iPhone 5S, 6, and 6 Plus can finally be uploaded to Instagram without a workaround. A new option to adjust a photo's perspective is also available in Edit mode.
