Reddit Now Has Its Own Official App

Reddit.com, the self-proclaimed "front page of the Internet," isn't the prettiest webpage on the Internet — but its official app, Reddit AMA (free, iOS), is definitely one of the most beautiful, usable apps in the App Store. It's the first "official" app from Reddit (but there are plenty of third-party options), and we're floored by how clean and colorful it is!

The one downside is that the app only covers one subreddit, Ask Me Anything aka AMA, where celebrities and normal humans go to answer any question Redditors throw at them. It's a series where experts are interviewed by the entire Internet. Neil deGrasse Tyson, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Karen Gillan have all completed some pretty epic Q&A's on the site. With the new app, you'll be able to stay on top of all AMA's in a new, modern format. Sort threads by "hot" (trending), recent, and all-time best, or by a variety of categories including entertainment, science/tech, music, business, and more. Reddit's new app is available only for iOS devices right now, but it is coming soon for Android.
