Salvation Army Anti-Domestic Violence Ad Using the Dress
A Powerful, New Antiabuse Ad Features THE Dress
The South American branch of the Salvation Army has turned the infamous dress debate into a moving anti domestic violence ad. The campaign features a bruised woman wearing the white-and-gold version of the dress next to a caption that says, "Why is it so hard to see black and blue? The only illusion is if you think it was her choice." One in six women are victims of abuse, according to the organization. Here's to hoping this powerful message goes viral the same way the dress did.
