Sony's New Walkman Is 4 Times the Price of an iPod Touch

One of the most exciting yet puzzling announcements at this year's Consumer Electronics Show is that Sony is releasing a new Walkman. And it's going to cost you $1,200.

It's not your Walkman from the '80s or even the one from last year — oh no, no, no. This Sony ZX2 Walkman is all about the high-resolution audio experience and incredible sound quality. Plus, the gadget comes with 128 GB of storage, touchscreen display, and WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities along with the ability to sync with speakers.

It sure is pretty and actually looks more like a smartphone, but that price tag? It hurts.
