Devices that were so innovative back in the day, from VCRs to floppy disks, are now considered antiques. Twitter user ThatEricAlper recalled these blasts from the past in a thread that quickly went viral.

Music publicist, Eric Alper, opened up the floor to the Twitter world by posing a simple question: "Without revealing your actual age, what's something you remember that if you told a younger person they wouldn't understand?"
