Between getting distracted on your phone and being unable to shut your mind off, getting a good night of sleep is no easy task. So, if you're tired of pink noise apps or any other sleeping hacks, try this one iOS feature that'll remind you when to go to sleep.

The feature, called Bedtime, is located in the clock app and was first introduced in iOS 10. Its function is simple: get you to bed at the right time and wake you up properly.

To start using it, go to your Clock app. There, tap on the Bedtime tab. Tap Get Started and adjust the following five settings: pick what time you'd like to wake up, which days of the week you want this alarm for, how many hours of sleep you need, when you want a reminder, and, lastly, what you want to hear when you wake. Save it and you're set!

While this feature won't eliminate your tossing and turning, it might get you to bed earlier and at the right time with its reminder feature. Even better, the sounds it uses to wake you up are less jarring then regular alarm clock sounds. Try it for yourself and see if it makes a difference.
