The Samsung Galaxy Active Watch 2 features eight photodiodes that monitor your heart rate and send alerts when it goes above or below normal levels. It's the first Samsung wearable to come with a built-in electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor, which will be put to full use when the accompanying app is released.
