What I never imagined was brilliantly colored townhouses and buildings lining bustling cobblestone squares. After sustaining substantial damage during WWII, Wroclaw was rebuilt and restored, and it now boasts sensational medieval architecture, making it one of Europe's most picturesque destinations.
