Yellowstone, Glacier, Cuyahoga Valley, White Sands, and Rocks National Lakeshore (pictured) are just a few of the national parks that inhabit the flyover states. Protected land that has not been built on really gives visitors a sense of what the country used to look like without all the hustle and bustle. Each of them is different and stunning in their own ways.
Not only are these places serene and peaceful, but there are also so many cool things to do. From horseback riding to walking on an actual glacier, there are some pretty awesome things to do right in our own backyard. (OK, not literally, but you get it.)
