Many of England's finest hit the red carpet today in London for the annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards. Victoria Beckham, who wore a black Marc Jacobs pantsuit, brought her son Brooklyn as her date for the award ceremony, which honors the most inspirational ladies in various fields, from entertainment and sports to politics and business. While walking the red carpet, Victoria was asked what her husband, David Beckham, was up to following his soccer retirement. She replied that David has "lots of clever ideas."

While David was unable to attend the Glamour Awards, other stars like model Cara Delevingne and singers Rita Ora, Kylie Minogue, and Ellie Goulding mingled at the glossy event, where American television actress Hayden Panettiere also made an appearance in a striped dress before heading inside. Kerry Washington joined up with a few of television's biggest stars when she attended Variety's Emmy Studio event at the Palihouse in West Hollywood yesterday. A Calvin Klein-clad Kerry met up with Elisabeth Moss, who wore a 3.1 Phillip Lim dress, Emmy Rossum, and Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany to take part in a panel for leading actresses in drama series. Hayden Panettiere also dropped by the event where she took part in a discussion with Homeland's Morena Baccarin and The Newsroom's Emily Mortimer about their roles as supporting actresses in drama series. It wasn't only about the ladies at the TV event, as Vincent Kartheiser, Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam, and William H. Macy also took part in a pre-Emmys conversation of their own. On Wednesday, the event hosted Zooey Deschanel, Mindy Kaling, and Busy Philipps for discussions about their hit comedies.

Kerry Washington teamed up with her fellow ABC stars for a special bash to celebrate the upfronts in NYC last night. She wore a red Marc by Marc Jacobs leather dress as she walked the black carpet alongside stars like Rebel Wilson, Hayden Panettiere, and the Modern Family cast. Hayden wore a purple Herve Leger dress and flashed a diamond ring inside the bash with boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko. However, despite persisting rumors that Hayden is engaged to Wladimir, she wore the ring on her right hand, not on her engagement ring finger.

Kerry's been preparing for the season finale of Scandal, which airs on Thursday. She stopped by Ellen to promote the episode, which she says ends with a "crazy" cliffhanger. Kerry added, "The season finale — the very last line of the episode, I almost couldn't get it out of my mouth."
