all of kashi's products are empty calories and will make you fat and sick. plus they are owned by Kellogg's. I suggest anyone interested in their health and wellbeing do some research on Kellogg.

If I'm going to eat a cookie, I'm going to make it a real cookie with lots of butter, white flour and chocolate chips. Why waste any calories on something that's sub-par and prepackaged?
