Angelina Jolie Arrives in Haiti to Lend Her Help
Angelina Jolie arrived in Haiti today after spending yesterday in the neighboring Dominican Republic, where she met with the nation's president to discuss ongoing relief for area. Her agenda this afternoon included a meeting with UN Special Representative Edmond Mullet at the organization's temporary home in Port-au-Prince. Angelina has been active on bringing aid to the Haitian people, first responding to the quake with a statement before donating $1 million to Doctors Without Borders along with Brad Pitt.

Angelina Jolie traded heavy PDA and Super Bowl cheering with Brad and Maddox for more serious fare in the Dominican Republic yesterday. The UN global ambassador met with the country's president Leonel Fernandez to speak with him about the situation in Haiti as well as visit a local hospital to talk to refugees from the nation devastated by the recent earthquake. In the wake of the tragedy, Angelina and Brad donated one million in aid, though only he came out to answer phones at George Clooney's huge telethon.

Brad Pitt and Maddox Jolie-Pitt arrived in Miami on Saturday, and they were joined by a very smiley Angelina Jolie for Sunday's Super Bowl. The three members of the world's most famous family signed autographs and posed with fans before heading in to cheer on the Saints. Angelina's attendance to support the Louisiana team counteracts another of the recent rumors about the family — that she hates New Orleans which is one of the places they've called home for the past few years.
