On Tuesday, Texas Governor Rick Perry turned himself in to a Texas courthouse after being charged with two felony counts of abuse of power. The one-time Republican presidential candidate took his mug shot — and it's just as good as we'd expect. He's the guy who seemed extremely inebriated at this 2011 Fox News debate. Basically, these Rick Perry mug shot memes are just what America needs right now.
