But the pre-Fall '16 Marchesa scarlet gown and shoes she chose to attend the annual amfAR Gala in New York City might be the steamiest — but also most fun — look we've seen her sport on a red carpet yet.

The long, strapless dress, featuring lace and sequin details around the bust, showed off Adriana's incredibly toned and long legs with an up-to-here slit.
