Halloween Throwback: DIY One of These '90s-Inspired Looks This Weekend

Not go out for Halloween? As if! Especially since dressing up as Cher from Clueless is so easy. All you need is some lip gloss, blush, tamed brows, and a killer blowout. Wrap up your preppy look with a headband.

If you're in the school spirit, another option is to go out as Bayside High School's most popular cheerleader, Kelly Kapowski. All you need to put some pep in your step (and face) is a good glow, volumizing mascara, red lipstick, and a high ponytail. Oh, and some pom poms.

Relive the joy you experienced collecting all of those rainbow-infused stickers and, likely, at least one Trapper Keeper by channeling Lisa Frank's infamous cheetah. Just grab some pink lipstick (the brighter, the better), glitter, and false lashes and prepare to mystify.

What goes into the making (and remaking) of America's pop princess, Britney Spears? A lot of pink lip gloss. Throw on a sparkly shade along with some silver eye shadow, black eyeliner, and flirty, volumizing mascara. Then, dust some bronzer, well, everywhere, and you're ready to take the stage.
