When Kylie Jenner launched her famous lip kits, we immediately started fantasizing about the grunge-inspired beauty looks that we could whip up using the colors. But Denver-based makeup artist Ciara Pacheco took that concept one step further, crafting monochromatic rainbow freckle-embellished styles using Kourt K and 22.
