Olive Garden Designed a Makeup Palette, and All We Have to Say Is, "Breadstick Bronzer"

Olive Garden — yes, the Italian-American food chain — has created a makeup palette. Though it seems the palette is not actually being whisked off into production, a mock-up of the palette thankfully now exists on the internet. After jokingly teasing a breadstick subscription box, Olive Garden unveiled its first foray into the cosmetics realm on Twitter.

Jokes aside, we could get down with a makeup palette that includes names such as "Marinara Rouge," "Fierce Fettucine," and "Breadstick Bronzer." The palette may have started out as a joke, but passionate patrons are now encouraging Olive Garden to actually make it — and the chain doesn't seem entirely opposed to the idea. After being asked to turn the palette into a reality, Olive Garden simply replied, "We'll see what we can do . . ."

It certainly wouldn't be the first time a food brand got involved in the beauty industry. A few years ago, KFC launched its Extra Crispy Sunscreen, a very real product that was only released in a very limited capacity. Red Lobster also previously launched a Cheddar Bay Biscuit Lip Balm — also real; however, also tragically not for sale.
