Step 1
Apply a clear base coat — the key to a floating nail art look.
Step 2: Top Hat
With a thin paint brush and OPI's Amazon Amazoff nail polish ($8), trace an outline of a top hat on your thumb. Then fill it in with the same color.
Step 3
With OPI's Eurso Euro nail polish ($8), create a thick stripe on the hat.
Step 4
Using a thin brush dipped in OPI's Need Sunglasses nail polish ($7), draw a square on the blue stripe to be the buckle.
Step 5
Outline the top hat in OPI's Sprung nail polish ($5), and draw a line across it make it look three dimensional.
Step 6: Four-Leaf Clover

Using the thin paint brush and OPI's Green-wich Village nail polish ($6), draw stripes inside one of the four-leaf clovers.

Afters, use Essie's Crocadilly nail polish ($11) to outline the four-leaf clovers.
Step 10: Beer Mug
Dip your thin brush into OPI's Alpine Snow nail polish ($5) to create the outline of the beer foam, and then fill it in.
