"I personally prefer to work on clean hair," Moore admitted. "There's this myth that you have to have dirty hair to get it to do anything. That's what you use your product for."
To get the classic Victoria's Secret effortless texture, you need a bit of grit, so Moore advises to finger-dry your hair. "Your hands are the best tools that you've got to work with, so use them to smooth and shape the hair first," she said. And if your hair tends to be a bit frizzy and fluffy, then use a paddle brush to tame it.
