Giannetos sees the hush cut being popular once again this season. He explains that this cut features medium to long face-framing layers — a more polished version of the choppier wolf cut, if you will. It creates a lot of movement with subtle layers and bangs that look great on curly or coily hair types.
"A hush cut is a great option for wavy hair or medium to thick hair. It can be easily touched up for daily styling with a curling wand," says Giannetos. "This look is understated and low maintenance, so it doesn't require a lot of styling. You can let your hair air-dry and then touch it up with a flat iron or curling wand to style your bangs and create loose waves with the face-framing pieces. Or, you can blow dry in sections using a round brush and finish off with a curling wand."
