Rihanna hit the oscars red carpet wearing a leather and sheer gown, but our eyes were glued to her structural topknot which took center stage. We love that she paired the look with a bold red lip.

"We wanted to create a monochromatic makeup look with a maple-red lip and highlight, punctuated by strong black eyeliner, to echo the structure of Rihanna's gown," Priscilla Ono, the celebrity makeup artist behind the look tells POPSUGAR in a press release.
