Like Father, Like Son: All the Ways Prince William and Prince George Are Two Peas in a Pod

When William made his Buckingham Palace balcony debut at Trooping the Colour, he wore a pale blue outfit that had first been worn by his father, Prince Charles, for an official portrait in 1950. William was almost 2, was carried by his father in a dashing Irish Guards uniform, and was flanked by his great-grandmother, who was dressed for the occasion in pastels.

From a young age, William learned to ride on his pony, Smokey.

It has been reported that George has started riding lessons.

In 2015, Kate said of William's Ducati motorcycle, "It always fills me with horror when he goes out on it. I'm terrified. Hopefully, I'm going to keep George off it." However, it seems that George has inherited his father's need for speed. He loves his scooter and has been spotted sitting on a police bike at Kensington Palace.

William was in the RAF for four years and worked as an Air Ambulance pilot for four years.

The little prince has shown every sign that he will follow in his father's footsteps when it comes to flying. Last year, he appeared on his first UK public engagement — attending the Royal International Air Tattoo, where he sat in a cockpit and asked Kate, "Mummy, can I fly a Red Arrow now?"

Although William has mellowed as he's grown older, when he was a young boy, he was given the nickname "Basher Wills" because of the way he would tear around the royal residences and stole focus at his brother Harry's christening when he wouldn't pose for family photos.
