Prince George's Reaction to Kate Middleton's Pregnancy
Here's How Prince George Feels About the New Royal Baby News
It was announced on Monday morning that Prince William and Kate Middleton's second child will enter the world in April 2015. We first found out about Kate's pregnancy back in September, and the baby boy or girl will join big brother Prince George in the palace around the same time as Kate and Will's fourth wedding anniversary. We can only imagine what the 1-year-old is thinking after getting such exciting news — remember when you found out you were going to have a sibling? That mix of delight, fear, and annoyance has definitely been going through George's head, and even more so now that he has an exact date. Here are all the ways we assume Prince George is feeling about his future fellow heir.
"Wait a second . . . You're WHAT?!"
"I can't believe you didn't consult me before making such a huge decision! I can't even look at you right now."
"Ma'am, do not congratulate this woman. She has no idea what she's just done to me."
"Seriously, Dad?! You were supposed to have my back!"
"Don't try to calm me down with a toy! I am furious!"
"Don't you understand? I get the attention! It's all George up in here!"
"I just need to be alone to think right now. Which way is away?"
"Get a grip, Georgie. Remain calm. You can do this."
"It's going to be OK. How can you rule a nation if you can't handle one baby?"
"Mum, Dad, after careful consideration, I've decided that I'm OK with you guys having another baby, on two conditions."
"One: I will not be expected to share my playthings."
"And two: you must make the new baby wear this dress, for my personal entertainment."
"And now that you've agreed to my terms, I will release my royal statement. Bring on the baby!"
