After three long years, Rihanna made a surprise appearance at the BET Awards on Sunday. The 31-year-old singer — and world's richest female musician — somehow managed to skip the red carpet and make her way inside undetected; however, cameras finally spotted her when she was cheering on Lizzo during her energetic "Truth Hurts" performance. Even though Rihanna's appearance was unannounced, she was on hand to present Mary J. Blige with the lifetime achievement award. During her speech, Rihanna — who stunned in a figure-hugging leather outfit — praised Mary for "forever aligning the worlds of hip-hop and R&B" and "changing the game with her unique sound." She also linked up with Regina Hall, Wale, and Billy Ray Cyrus after he took the stage for "Old Town Road" with Lil Nas X. Yep, Rihanna at the BET Awards is a whole mood!
