Taylor Swift's Social Media Accounts Have Suspiciously Disappeared

Taylor Swift made her fans panic for a hot second when she deleted every photo from her social media accounts last week. Her Tumblr was bare, her Facebook no longer had a profile photo, and every single picture on her Instagram (even those glorious Fourth of July snaps) were completely gone. And to top it all off, her official website is now just a black screen. But her blackout didn't last very long, because on Monday, she posted a very mysterious video of what appears to be a snake on all her accounts. If you know about some of the feuds Taylor has had in the past, then you know the singer is frequently referred to as a snake by fans of stars like Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian (they also flooded her old social media posts with the snake emoji).

So, what exactly does this mean? Is Taylor responding to her haters? Is she releasing new music? Well, it may very well be the latter. While Katy Perry is releasing the music video for her Taylor-inspired dis track, "Swish Swish," soon, the "Bad Blood" singer could be gearing up for her own new song release to rival her, well, rival. According to Genius.com, Taylor recently registered the word "Timeless" under her name. No word yet on how "Timeless" and a snake could possible be related, so we'll just have to wait and see how this slithers - er, shakes - out.
